1. Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Jiamei Manufacturing Group Limited (Hong Kong Business Registration No. 51780017), registered at FLAT/RM 826, 8/F, OCEAN CENTRE HABOUR CITY, 5 CANTON ROAD, TST, KL. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Jiamei Manufacturing Group Limited trading as Pure Norva.

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. The products

We are a fragrance retailer. Every product listed is a full-size, sealed retail bottle from the brand named on the listing —
we do not manufacture fragrance, and we do not sell decants, samples or refills.

Fragrance notes, concentration and scent-family information on product pages is compiled from brand and supplier material and is provided
to help you choose. Perfume smells different on different skin; a note list is a description, not a guarantee of how a fragrance will
smell on you. That is why our 30-day return policy covers bottles you have already worn.

Bottle and packaging design occasionally changes without notice when a brand updates its presentation. Photographs are of the current
version at the time of listing.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time,
but a change never affects an order you have already placed.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is captured when you place the order. We do not store your full card details;
card data is handled by our payment processors.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order
confirmation email.

We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if the item is out of stock, if a price or description was published in error,
if we cannot ship to your address, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.

5. Delivery and returns

Shipping, dispatch times, returns, exchanges and refunds are set out in full in our Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy,
which forms part of these terms.

6. Age

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

7. Using the site

You may browse, buy and share links freely. You may not scrape the site at scale, resell our product descriptions or photographs,
attempt to interfere with the site’s operation, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. Intellectual property

The site design, our product photography and the descriptive copy we have written are ours. Brand names, logos and product names
belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the goods we sell — nothing on this site implies that we are affiliated with,
endorsed by or an authorised distributor of any brand unless we say so explicitly.

9. Liability

We take responsibility for supplying the goods you ordered, in the condition described, and for refunding you when our policy says we will.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order.

Fragrance is for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy,
check the ingredient list printed on the packaging before use.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong courts have jurisdiction.
This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
